Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage daily posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and creatives.
- Monitor social media channels and actively engage with followers, comments, and messages.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and leads.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for creatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Handle basic paid promotions and boost posts (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
