Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and trend-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury travel, hotels, destinations, and experiential storytelling, with a strong ability to create engaging UGC, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Research & Ideation
Research trending Instagram content formats, reels, audios, and viral travel concepts on a daily basis.
Plan and shortlist UGC references for luxury hotels, destinations, itineraries, and travel experiences.
Build audio and visual mood boards aligned with Luxury Cloud's premium and experiential brand language.
Stay updated with global luxury travel trends, hospitality storytelling, and destination marketing.
Content Creation & Editing
Shoot and edit UGC and short-form videos for Instagram and digital platforms on a weekly basis.
Create engaging content around luxury hotels, resorts, destinations, travel experiences, and itineraries.
Craft content based on campaign briefs (voiceovers, transitions, green screens, storytelling reels, POV travel content, etc.).
Capture BTS content related to team activities, client experiences, partner hotels, and curated journeys.
Edit short videos highlighting hotel benefits, concierge services, upgrades, and unique travel moments.
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal sales, concierge, and operations teams to understand travel offerings and experiences.
Support planning and smooth execution of content during hotel stays, destination shoots, collaborations, and campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's luxury positioning, tone, and visual consistency.
Assist in content planning for campaigns targeting HNIs, luxury travellers, and experiential audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Marketing, Mass Communication, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
12 years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or UGC production (travel, hospitality, luxury lifestyle preferred).
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, reel formats, travel storytelling, and destination-based content.
Proficiency in basic editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar.
Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and visual composition suited for luxury brands.
Comfortable creating content in front of the camera (preferred but optional).
Willingness to travel for shoots, hotel visits, or destination content when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
