Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Instagram page end-to-end. The role requires execution skills across content planning, shoots, basic editing, and daily page management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly Instagram content calendar (posts, reels, stories)
• Coordinate and manage content shoots (in-house / on-ground / creator-led)
• Shoot short-form content on phone (reels, BTS, quick edits)
• Perform basic editing (cuts, captions, subtitles, transitions)
• Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone
• Upload, schedule, and manage daily Instagram posts and stories
• Track performance metrics
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, audios, and formats
• Collaborate closely with the brand/strategy team for campaign content
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media outputs

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience handling Instagram pages professionally
• Strong understanding of Instagram formats, algorithms, and trends
• Comfortable with phone shooting and quick on-the-go content creation
• Basic editing skills (Reels, captions, subtitles, simple transitions)
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience working with consumer brands, D2C, or content-led pages
• Exposure to campaign-based content or product launches
• Understanding of brand aesthetics and storytelling
