The Reppro is looking for a Social Media Executive with strong writing, research and content creation skills to manage organic social media for our clients, with a major focus on LinkedIn.

This role requires someone who enjoys researching, stays updated with the latest developments in the education industry and can turn information into relevant, engaging social media content. You should be comfortable going beyond the surface, understanding what's happening in the industry, identifying useful insights and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage organic social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Research industry developments, news, trends and emerging conversations, particularly in the education sector.
• Create engaging social media content, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, followed by Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter).
• Write clear, engaging copy for social media posts, campaigns and other digital content.
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, publishing and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and organic reach.
• Work with internal teams to ensure content aligns with client objectives, brand voice and communication goals.
• Stay updated with platform changes, content formats and relevant industry conversations.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in organic social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills are a **must**.
• Good research skills and the ability to find relevant, credible information and develop it into engaging content.
• A genuine interest in the education industry and the habit of keeping up with its latest developments, conversations and trends.
• The ability to understand a topic, identify what's relevant to the audience and bring an original perspective to the content.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite and social media analytics platforms.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A creative, curious and collaborative approach to work.

A background in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism or a related field is preferred.
