Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate should be comfortable with content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and business goals
- Write captions, hashtags, and short content copies for posts, stories, and reels
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creatives and campaigns
- Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience in a timely manner
- Track performance of posts and campaigns and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
- Support paid and organic campaigns when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling or digital marketing
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work with designers and marketing teams
- Basic understanding of branding and audience targeting
Preferred (Good To Have)
- Experience with scheduling and social media management tools
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools
- Exposure to influencer collaboration or campaign coordination
