Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and politically aware Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have prior experience or strong understanding of political content, trends, and public communication. Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish political content aligned with party/campaign messaging
Write engaging captions, posts, and short content in Punjabi, Hindi, and English
Monitor political trends, public sentiment, and competitor activity
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams
Handle comments, messages, and community engagement professionally
Ensure content follows platform policies and political guidelines
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
Requirements
Background or experience in political campaigns, political pages, or media
Strong command over Punjabi, Hindi, and English (written & spoken)
Understanding of current political affairs and digital trends
Experience with social media tools and analytics
Ability to work under pressure during campaigns and events
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling political leaders or party social media pages
Basic knowledge of content planning and digital strategy
Crisis handling and quick response skills
