Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with Spottlightt Social and any other client's business goals, brand voice, and target audience.
- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and increased brand visibility across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
Content Creation & Community Management
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content including text, visuals, and video, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Build and nurture a positive, engaged online community.
- Handle potential crises or negative feedback swiftly and sensitively, in coordination with relevant teams.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track and analyse key metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a fresh and competitive online presence.
Integrated Marketing Strategy
- Design and execute holistic marketing campaigns aligned with broader business objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and industry shifts, using insights to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
