Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company's digital and social media presence, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and LinkedIn campaign management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening Coulomb's brand visibility, thought leadership, and industry engagement through impactful content and targeted campaigns.

B2B Marketing and LinkedIn Marketing (including LinkedIn campaigns) are mandatory requirements for this role.Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Establish, manage, and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including organic and paid campaigns, targeted specifically for B2B audiences.
  • Create and publish technical, industry-focused, and market-driven content, especially for LinkedIn, to enhance outreach and community engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms, products, website, and marketing collateral.
  • Design visually engaging posts, articles, creatives, and campaigns using tools like Canva or similar design software.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign and social media performance metrics, generating insights and reports for continuous improvement.
  • Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant industry discussions.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, LinkedIn best practices, and B2B digital marketing tools to keep content relevant and impactful.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, with hands-on experience in B2B marketing.
  • Mandatory experience in LinkedIn Marketing and LinkedIn Campaign Management (B2B-focused).
  • Good knowledge of content writing, especially technical and industry-related content.
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing posts and articles.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and suggest improvements.

Compensation

Salary Budget: 35,000 40,000 per month
