Social media executive

WE'RE HIRING SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE who will be responsible for managing Rrayze's social media presence, developing engaging content, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other

relevant channels.

• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.

• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, and campaigns.

• Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns and brand communication.

• Write engaging, clear, and grammatically correct captions and social media copy.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other internal teams for content creation.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, hashtags, and audience preferences.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.

• Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills.

• Good copywriting and storytelling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or branding.

• Freshers with relevant knowledge, creativity, and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Prior internship or practical experience in social media management will be an added advantage.
