Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve client objectives and enhance brand visibility across platforms.
- Manage all aspects of social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter), including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform's audience and optimise content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply insights to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Prepare creative and strategic social media pitches and present them to clients effectively.
- Collaborate with influencers for campaigns; experience in influencer marketing will be a plus.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a creative mindset and ability to craft compelling narratives.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.
