No Fluff is looking for a Social Media Executive who's fluent in digital culture, obsessed with audience engagement, and knows how to turn a scroll into a stop. If you love writing clever copy, spotting trends before they peak, and collaborating with creative minds to build memorable brand moments, this one's for you.
What You Will Be Doing
Brand Engagement & Social Strategy
- Manage brand presence Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and content alignment across multiple social channels.
- Maintain content calendars Collaborate on planning and updating brand-aligned content calendars.
- Support strategy execution Assist in planning and executing platform-specific strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
- Stay trend-savvy Keep tabs on trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and effective.
- Engage with audiences Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with quick wit and brand-appropriate tone.
Creative Ideation & Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorms Bring fresh ideas to the table during campaign and content planning sessions.
- Work cross-functionally Collaborate with design and video teams to develop cohesive and impactful content.
- Keep content culturally relevant Spot and suggest content ideas that reflect trending moments and audience behaviour.
- Help shape content pillars Contribute to defining and evolving brand-specific themes and storytelling structures.
Creative Ideation & Collaboration
- Write engaging copy Craft platform-native captions, post copy, and campaign messages that drive interaction.
- Adapt tone and voice Switch between brand tones, from playful to professional, with ease and consistency.
- Support video content Assist in scripting reels, stories, and other short-form social videos.
- Collaborate on visuals Work with designers to align copy with visuals for a seamless brand story.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or relevant work experience that speaks for itself.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in social media or content writing (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of tone, clarity, and audience resonance.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and the digital content ecosystem.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic design tools like Canva.
- Ability to juggle multiple brands and timelines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skillsyou thrive in a team environment.
