Job Description

We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients social media presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, social trends, creator culture, AI-powered content creation, and community building.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
  2. Create monthly and weekly content calendars across multiple social platforms.
  3. Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep brands relevant and engaging.
  4. Collaborate closely with content, design, video, and account management teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  5. Support social-first campaign planning with a strong focus on video-led and creator-driven content.
  6. Write compelling captions, social copies, and content briefs tailored to platform-specific audiences.
  7. Create scripts and creative briefs for video shoots, creator content, and social campaigns.
  8. Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and emerging platforms.
  9. Conceptualize Reels, Shorts, UGC campaigns, and creator-led content.
  10. Coordinate with influencers, creators, and UGC partners for brand collaborations.
  11. Leverage AI tools for content ideation, research, copywriting support, and video creation.
  12. Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.
  13. Manage community engagement, audience interactions, and Online Reputation Management (ORM).
  14. Track content performance and provide actionable insights for growth.
  15. Support campaign planning, pitches, and client presentations when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a digital agency.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  3. Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  4. Experience with short-form video content, UGC, and creator collaborations.
  5. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Veo, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
  6. Creative thinker with a social-first mindset and passion for internet culture and emerging technologies.
  7. Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to manage multiple brands and balance creativity with performance-driven thinking.
