Description :

We're looking for a creative and digitally fluent Social Media Executive to lead TalentGum's content presence across platforms. This is a dynamic, full-stack role for someone who can ideate, execute, and optimize social-first content that drives engagement, brand equity, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily social media execution across Instagram, Facebook, BlueSky, Threads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and produce short-form content: reels, carousels, stories, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write campaign messaging, social captions, and paid ad copy in line with brand tone.
• Support branding initiatives: brochures, one-pagers, landing page copy, and event collaterals.
• Coordinate with designers and external partners to bring content to life.
• Monitor platform analytics and derive insights to guide content strategy.
• Explore AI tools and automations that improve efficiency in content planning and production.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media and content marketing.
• Proven ability to grow a brand or personal social media profile from 0 to 50K (brand) or 0 to 10K (personal) followers within 6 months, using a combination of content strategy, trends, and platform insights.
• A strong grasp of short-form content trends and tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent written skills for copy, storytelling, and campaign messaging.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and user engagement patterns.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or automation dashboards.
