Client Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients on social media matters, providing updates, strategy recommendations, and reports.
Copywriting: Develop compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, ad creatives, and campaigns that align with client objectives, resonate with target audiences, and drive engagement and conversions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
Content Calendar: Maintain client-wise content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Campaign Planning: Plan, design, and execute client campaigns with clear objectives, audience targeting, timelines, and budgets.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and present performance reports on engagement, reach, leads, conversions, and other key metrics.
Trend Identification: Identify and leverage platform trends, viral formats, and best practices to boost campaign performance.
Audience Growth: Drive measurable growth in social media followers, engagement, and brand community for client accounts.
Ad Campaign Management: Work with the paid media team to plan and optimise ad campaigns for client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Requirements:
12 years of hands-on experience managing multiple brand accounts in an agency environment along with copywriting.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in content planning, caption writing, etc.
Excellent client communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced agency setting.
