Holy Duck is a no-nonsense, new-age creative studio that focuses on branding, strategy, design, digital and logic. We're looking to grow our team across all functions and for this role are looking for folks who love getting creative with social media.

What will you be doing Other than working with super fun global brands:

- Overlook content on various digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & most importantly Instagram.

- Researching and gathering relevant data for developing interactive content

- Work closely with content strategists & designers to curate content which makes the brand stand out

- Be organised, and adept at planning, scheduling and maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly calendars

- Be adept with shooting/editing quick pieces of content on your phone to create relatable everyday stories + reels

-Always think of social and digital first ideas that lead to brand growth and engagement consistently

- Use essential analytic tools to monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions - to take educated calls on the brands

- Staying updated on social media trends and industry news

- Keep a track of monthly reports and growth

All you need to do is live, breathe and love social - but besides that, here are some other key criteria for this opening:

- A bachelor's degree (in marketing, advertising or media is a bonus)

- 1-2 years of experience handling social media for a brand or agency (working with F&B or hospitality is a bonus)

- Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (we can't emphasise on this enough)

- Attention to detail and obsessed with punctuations

- Self driven and punctual

- A Big Bonus if you're a Foodie; you'd love working in the office

Location: Mumbai or Bangalore (This is not a work from home opportunity)

As clich as it sounds, we are looking for people who are motivated, high on energy and ask a lot of questions. We love some disruption to our Monday mornings, and we love working with people who bring something new to the table.

Besides that, your love for any kind of beverage (alcoholic or caffeinated) would be met with equal gusto; and the same goes for food, because we are constantly munching.
