Growthify Media is a growth-focused marketing and media company helping brands improve their digital presence through social media, content, campaigns, and performance-led execution.

You will work closely with the internal team to support day-to-day social media execution for Growthify Media and its client accounts.

Role summary

Growthify Media is looking for an entry-level Social Media Executive with 0-12 months of experience.

This is a junior execution role. You will support content planning, Instagram posting, trend research, basic reporting, and coordination. You will not be expected to lead strategy, manage a team, own paid media budgets, or independently handle senior client communication.

Success in the first 90 days

• Publish approved content consistently as per the content calendar.

• Prepare weekly Instagram reports with correct basic metrics.

• Suggest at least 10 relevant Reel, Story, or carousel ideas based on trends.

• Maintain posting trackers, content folders, and approval sheets properly.

• Understand Growthify Media's content style, client requirements, and reporting process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating monthly social media content calendars.

• Publish approved Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, and short-form content.

• Write simple captions, hooks, CTAs, and hashtag sets.

• Track Instagram Insights including reach, impressions, saves, shares, engagement rate, follower growth, profile visits, and CTR.

• Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports in Google Sheets.

• Research trending audios, formats, hooks, content ideas, and competitor activity.

• Coordinate with designers, editors, writers, and internal team members for daily execution.

• Maintain content folders, posting trackers, creative status sheets, and approval checklists.

• Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and basic community activity as per guidelines.

• Share simple observations on what content is working and what can be improved.

Requirements

• 0-12 months of hands-on social media experience through internship, freelance work, college projects, personal page handling, or a full-time role.

• Practical understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, captions, hashtags, Highlights, and Insights.

• Ability to read and report basic metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth.

• Basic Canva knowledge for simple edits, resizing, and social media creatives.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets for trackers and reports.

• Good written English with attention to spelling, grammar, and tone.

• Ability to follow deadlines, checklists, and feedback.

• Interest in social media trends, short-form content, digital marketing, and brand communication
