Responsibilities:

Manage the Social Media Pages of CAP (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube): Oversee CAP's official social media platforms, ensuring they remain active, engaging, and professional. Respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and maintain a consistent voice aligned with CAP's brand values.

Create and Execute Monthly Content Calendars: Develop strategic content plans for each month, aligning with CAP's goals and campaigns. Schedule posts, monitor engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and interaction.

Communicate with Coaches Across India for Content While Assigning Weekly Tasks: Regularly connect with our network of coaches across India to gather authentic content from our centers. Assign weekly tasks to ensure the continuous flow of fresh and impactful content.

Collaborate with the Designing Team to Edit Content Shared by Coaches for Posting: Work closely with our creative team to refine and optimize content for social media. Ensure all posts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with the latest trends.

Plan and Execute Lead Generation Campaigns for CAP: Design targeted campaigns to attract prospective students and parents to CAP's programs.

Leverage social media ads, influencer partnerships, and organic strategies to drive lead generation. Identify Social Media Trends to Create Viral Content: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into CAP's content strategy.

Experiment with innovative formats and ideas to make CAP's content stand out and go viral.

Collaborate with Team Members for Seamless Workflow and Quality Output: Work in synergy with other departments to ensure tasks are distributed efficiently and executed smoothly. Foster a healthy and collaborative work environment that prioritizes quality and consistency.

Qualification: Basic knowledge of digital marketing/social media marketing.
