Job summary:
FYERS is seeking a motivated and talented Social Media Executive with a strong foundation in social media management and a deep interest or knowledge of capital markets. The ideal candidate will help build our brand presence across digital platforms (instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter) and elevate FYERS voice in the financial space through impactful content, strategic campaigns, and real-time engagement.
This is a role that combines social media expertise with financial domain understanding. Being a trader or having capital markets experience is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage FYERS social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram).
- Assist in developing and executing social content plans aligned with business goals
- Create annual, quarterly and monthly plans
Content Creation
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging & informative content (posts, infographics, short videos, reels, threads) tailored to a finance audience.
- Work with designers and video editors to produce high-quality creative assets.
Community Engagement
- Monitor social channels, actively engage with followers, answer queries, and foster discussions around markets and trading trends.
- Track sentiment, mentions, and user interactions to inform future content.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor social analytics and performance metrics; prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and audience preferences to optimize strategy and content.
Campaign Support
- Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with the content, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage product insights in social campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Proven experience (13 years) in managing social media accounts and executing social campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of multiple social platforms and their analytics tools
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of capital markets, trading vocabulary, financial concepts, or markets ecosystem.
- Experience as a trader, finance content creator, or background in finance/investment communities.
- Familiarity with analytics, social listening, and community engagement tools.
- Basic design or video editing skills is a plus.
