Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive for our office in Gurugram. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, planning and optimising social media strategies, and engaging with the online community to drive brand awareness and loyalty. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling campaigns and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and execute social media content across Instagram and other platforms
  • Be comfortable on camera, for in-house content, reels, trends, BTS, and brand-led videos
  • Ideate reel concepts, hooks, captions, and formats that feel native (not forced)
  • Stay ahead of trends, audio formats, and platform shifts
  • Collaborate closely with designers, editors, and the performance team
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and DMs
  • Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand tone and campaign goals

  • You understand Instagram culture better than most: memes, trends, and hooks
  • You think like a creator but execute like a marketer
  • You can write captions that don't sound like ChatGPT or 2018 Facebook ads
  • You're organised but not robotic
  • You're proactive, fast, and not afraid of feedback
  • You're okay with a fast-paced agency environment where things move quickly

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form video content
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTRs)
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and content calendars
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Prior agency or creator experience is a plus, not a deal-breaker

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have appeared in content before (personal page, brand page, UGC, etc.)
  • Can shoot quick content on your phone when needed
  • Have a personal sense of aesthetic (even if you're not a designer)
  • Understand how organic content supports paid performance
