coto is a global spiritual transformation platform connecting 2M+ users with 300+ verified practitioners across tarot, astrology, meditation, energy healing, relationship coaching, and mental health support. Operating across India, Canada, US, UK, UAE, and Australia.

The Role

Execute coto's social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok. You'll manage content calendars, post strategically across time zones, monitor trends, engage communities, and ensure our transformation story reaches the right audience.

Reports to Social Media & Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Content Posting & Calendars

  • Post daily across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
  • Build and maintain 30-90 day rolling calendars for India and global markets
  • Optimize posting times across US, Canada, UK, UAE, Australia time zones
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency

Trend Monitoring

  • Monitor emerging trends on all platforms daily
  • Identify cultural moments relevant to spiritual wellness
  • Flag high-opportunity trends to Brand Manager within 4-6 hours
  • Research competitor activity and community sentiment

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DMs, mentions across all platforms
  • Escalate mental health concerns, PR issues, safety flags immediately
  • Engage with user-generated transformation stories
  • Target: 90%+ response to meaningful interactions within 24 hours

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, saves, shares)
  • Monitor platform-specific KPIs (Instagram save/share ratio, TikTok watch time, LinkedIn depth, YouTube duration)
  • Identify top-performing content patterns
  • Weekly performance snapshots

Market-Specific Execution

  • Adapt calendars for India market dynamics and cultural nuance
  • Monitor India-specific trends, festivals, spiritual moments
  • Manage time zone coordination for global posting

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards
  • Fast trend-spotter with ability to identify patterns quickly
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking ability
  • English fluency required; Hindi/Punjabi a plus
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Monday-Friday WFO in Marol, Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with spiritual wellness, astrology, meditation, energy healing
  • Track record managing communities across India and international markets
  • Live social content experience (Instagram/TikTok Live)

Performance Metrics

  • Post Consistency: 100% on-time posting
  • Response Time: 90%+ within 24 hours
  • Trend Identification: Flag 2-3 trends weekly
  • Engagement Rate: Target 3-5% Instagram, 0.5-1.5% LinkedIn
  • Escalation: Flag concerns within 4 hours

Content Guidelines

  • Treat mental health conversations with urgencyescalate self-harm/crisis immediately
  • Respect spiritual/religious diversity; no cultural appropriation
  • Only promote coto-verified experts; avoid overpromising transformation
  • Monitor for harassment, abuse, misinformation; maintain community safety
