KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :
1. Content Planning, Grid Strategy & Platform Management
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube for both the brand and the Founder's personal platforms.
• Plan and maintain Instagram grid layouts in advance — ensuring visual balance, storytelling continuity, and campaign sequencing.
• Ensure content mix aligns with brand objectives — including product stories, styling features, founder moments, campaign rollouts, retail updates, and PR highlights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing, retail, launches, and PR calendars.
• Manage posting schedules across all platforms and ensure consistency in brand tone, format, and frequency.
• Optimize captions, hashtags, timing, and platform-specific formats for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance across all active platforms of the brand and Founder to ensure strategic alignment and growth.
2. Visual Conceptualization & Design Support
• Assist in creating mood boards, concept decks, and visual references for campaigns, editorials, and social media storytelling.
• Work closely with the creative team to ideate layouts for campaigns, stories, carousel posts, and launch announcements.
• Support the design and editing of digital collaterals such as lookbooks, invites, posters, emailers, and in-store creatives.
• Contribute ideas for grid flow, highlight covers, feed transitions, and luxury presentation formats.
• Ensure every creative output strengthens the brand's luxury positioning and visual identity.
3. Photoshoot & Video Shoot Coordination
• Support on-site during campaigns and product shoots — assisting with logistics, coordination, and styling alignment.
• Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content, short-form reels, and social snippets for brand and Founder use.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, editors, and production teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain a structured and organized digital asset library including photographs, raw footage, edited files, and campaign folders.
4. Content Creation, Editing & Publishing
• Assist in designing and editing photo and video assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Create visually consistent templates and layouts for stories, reels, announcements, and product drops.
• Write engaging captions and assist in short-form scripting aligned with brand tone.
• Schedule and publish content through Meta Business Suite or approved scheduling tools.
• Ensure formatting is platform-optimized across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
5. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
• Ensure all digital assets follow brand guidelines including typography, color palettes, composition, and tone of voice.
• Support offline communication design including packaging inserts, invites, labels, and event creatives.
• Maintain uniformity across the brand's and Founder's platforms to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Review content before publishing to maintain high luxury visual standards.
6. Social Media Engagement & Growth
• Monitor engagement metrics across platforms — comments, shares, saves, DMs, tags, and mentions.
• Ensure timely and brand-aligned responses across both brand and Founder accounts.
• Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, stylist features, and community engagement.
• Assist in implementing strategies to enhance follower growth, content reach, and audience retention.
7. Analytics & Reporting
• Track engagement metrics including reach, impressions, saves, follower growth, and video retention.
• Assist in preparing structured monthly reports using Meta Insights, Pinterest Analytics, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Analyze grid performance and content clusters to identify high-performing formats.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights for future content and campaigns.
8. Trend Research & Innovation
• Stay updated with trends in fashion, luxury branding, social aesthetics, and digital storytelling.
• Research trending reels formats, platform updates, new features, and algorithm shifts.
• Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate creatively.
• Proactively recommend new visual formats, storytelling angles, and design innovations.
9. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Marketing, PR, Retail, E-commerce, and Design teams for aligned execution.
• Liaise with external partners including photographers, stylists, editors, and influencers.
• Coordinate with retail and production teams for access to new collections and styling inputs.
• Maintain organized trackers and workflows to ensure smooth communication across departments.
SOFTWARES & TOOLS KNOWLEDGE (Required):
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Canva (for quick layouts and social content templates)
• Figma (for layout structuring, prototyping, and collaborative design feedback)
• Meta Business Suite (for analytics, insights, and scheduling)
• Pinterest Analytics & YouTube Studio (for content and performance tracking)
• Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite (for presentations, documentation, and reporting)
• Later / Planoly / Hootsuite or equivalent social scheduling tools
QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITIES:
• Background/ Education in the field of Fashion - Fashion Communication, Design, Luxury Brand Management, Media, or Mass Communication.
• At least one prior Job experience in Fashion, Retail, or Social Media.
• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and visual communication.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Adobe, Canva, Figma, and social media analytics tools.
• Keen eye for visual detail, color, and luxury presentation.
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset.
