We seek a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist for a Media Production brand in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities
Research and identify influencers and creators relevant to the brand's audience.
Be involved in ideating and executing content
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
Collaborate with creative and social media teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
Stay updated on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform best practices.
Job Qualifications
Experience of at least 1 year in social media, influencer marketing or creator management, preferably with FMCG brands.
Strong understanding of paid social (Meta, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and influencer ecosystems.
Experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
