Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage TESSOL's digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, translating complex technical concepts (like cold chain logistics and thermal energy storage) into engaging content for our B2B audience.

You will play a key role in building brand authority on platforms like LinkedIn, increasing engagement, and showcasing our impact on reducing carbon footprints and food wastage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creation

  • B2B Content: Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for a professional audience, including posts about our technology (PlugNChill, TAMsys), success stories, and industry trends.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the design team to produce infographics, short videos, and carousels that explain our Farm to Fork impact and cold chain innovations.
  • Thought Leadership: Assist in drafting content that positions TESSOL as an industry leader, such as summaries of whitepapers, case studies, and awards (e.g., WWF Climate Solver).

2. Community Management

  • Manage TESSOL's presence primarily on LinkedIn, as well as Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, participating in industry discussions, and networking with partners/influencers in the logistics and sustainability space.

3. Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns around key themes: Sustainability, Food Safety, Pharma Logistics, and Innovation.
  • Coverage of company events, expos, and team culture initiatives to showcase life at TESSOL.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (Impressions, Engagement Rate, Click-Throughs) to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Experience in B2B marketing or a technical industry is a strong plus).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent written English with a knack for professional yet engaging copywriting.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn algorithms and B2B best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
