The RoleWe're looking for asocial media content writerwho is deeply curious about women, their journeys, and what makes their storiesworth sharing.
You won't just writeyou'llspot stories, shape narratives, and package them into scroll-stopping content.
What You'll Do1.
Research & Story Discovery- Find compelling stories of women across industries, age groups, and backgrounds
- Go beyond the obviouslook forangles, insights, and momentsthat make a story stand out
- Identify emerging, underrated, or unconventional women worth featuring

Content Writing (Short-Form, High Impact)- Writeengaging, crisp, text-first social media content(posts, carousels, reels scripts)
- Turn stories into formats like:
- 5 women building standout personal brands
- 5 entrepreneurs who started in their 40s
- Women who turned storytelling into influence
- Focus onstrong hooks, tight storytelling, and shareability
3.
Creative Content Ideation- Continuously think offresh, non-clich ways to feature women
- Develop new series, listicles, and storytelling formats peoplewant to read and share
- Bring a POVdon't just inform,make people feel something

Collaboration- Work closely with agraphic designerwho will convert your content into visual posts/reels
- Provide clear direction on tone, flow, and structure of each piece
What We're Looking For- Strong writing skills with aclear, conversational, and engaging tone
- Ability to turn information intocompelling narratives (not boring summaries)
- A natural instinct forwhat makes content scroll-stopping and shareable
- Interest inwomen's stories, careers, entrepreneurship, and culture
- Someone who iscurious, observant, and full of ideas
- Comfortable withshort-form content formats (Instagram-first thinking)
Bonus If You Have- Experience writing for Instagram or LinkedIn
- A strong sense of hooks, headlines, and content formats
- Examples of content that has performed well (your own or for brands)
