We are seeking a full-time Social Media and AI Content Creator to join our team on-site at our Gurgaon location. In this role, you will manage and execute social media strategies, create visually compelling content, and leverage AI tools to enhance content generation. You will monitor social media trends, plan and schedule posts, engage with our audience, and analyze performance to optimize results. This role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence and address customer queries promptly.

• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, creative storytelling, and multimedia design
• Experience with social media management platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with AI-based content tools and technology for automating tasks and generating high-quality content
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, and audience engagement techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies to align with brand objectives
• Experience with photography, videography, and editing software is a plus
• A degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred
