Position: Social Content Producer

CTC: Up to INR 7LPA

Annual Retention Bonus 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

The Role

We're looking for a confident, camera-friendly Social Content Creator/Producer who can conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form content end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram and short-form platforms deeply, enjoys being on-ground, interacting with people, and can turn everyday moments into high-performing Reels.

You'll be both behind and in front of the camera, owning most of the production yourself, while also thinking strategically about why content works (or doesn't).

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Ideation

• Conceptualise, script, and plan high-energy content aligned with brand goals
• Track trends, formats, hooks, and audio, and adapt them meaningfully to brand voice
• Translate briefs into engaging, people-first visual stories
• Think platform-first: awareness, engagement, and performance

Shooting & On-Ground Execution

• Shoot Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other short-form videos independently
• Conduct vox-pop style interviews and public interactions
• Be comfortable shooting anywhere, offices, streets, events, homes, or on location
• Handle basic production: framing, lighting, composition, and visual quality

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit short-form videos end-to-end (Premiere Pro / After Effects / FCP or equivalent)
• Optimize pacing, hooks, transitions, captions, and sound for retention
• Understand platform algorithms and performance metrics deeply
• Analyse why content performed well or underperformed and iterate fast

Collaboration & Ownership

• Work closely with strategy, marketing, design, and client teams
• Maintain brand consistency while delivering fast turnarounds
• Coordinate with external editors or production partners when required
• Take full ownership of content quality and timelines

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of proven experience shooting and editing high-quality short-form content
• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour
• Excellent communication and public interaction skills
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

• Have worked with brands, agencies, or content-led startups
• Understand how content ties back to business and brand growth
• Enjoy experimenting, iterating, and pushing creative boundaries
