Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) for social media platforms
- Create quick, trend-driven reels with a strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual appeal
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, formats, and platform best practices
- Collaborate with the internal team to align content with brand goals and campaign strategies
- Work closely with cool and leading brands, translating briefs into impactful visual content
- Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Experiment with new ideas, formats, and editing styles to boost reach and engagement
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of hands-on experience in content creation (shooting + editing)
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Proficiency in mobile and/or desktop editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Creative mindset with a fast execution style
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
