As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll own ideation and execution across formats — carousels, Reels, memes, long-form captions, reactive posts, and whatever format drops next month we don't have a name for yet. You'll work directly with the strategy and design team.
What You'll Do
- Ideate and write content across formats — Reels scripts, carousel copy, memes, caption lines, hooks — for multiple brand voices simultaneously
- Spot cultural moments in real time and brief the team fast enough to act before they expire
- Build and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with strategy and design
- Adapt brand tone natively for each platform — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X are not the same brief
- Track performance with a genuine eye for what worked and why — not just impressions, but resonance
- Stay one beat ahead of trends without chasing every single one of them
You Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on social media content creation experience (agency or brand-side both work)
- A portfolio with real work — not decks, not strategy PDFs, actual live posts and campaigns
- Native fluency in internet culture — the references, the formats, the timing, the humour
- Strong writing instincts — hooks, punchy copy, captions that earn the swipe-up
- Platform-native thinking across at least Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Based in Bengaluru or able to relocate immediately
Great to Have
- Experience on fintech, mobility, or consumer brands
- Ability to self-shoot / direct basic Reels without always needing a crew
- Comfort working in Hindi, English and Kannada content formats
- A Twitter/X brain — the kind that writes 280-character copy that actually lands
- An active personal social presence that shows you practice what you pitch
