Senior Proposal Engineer – Civil & Transportation
We are hiring a Senior Proposal Engineer to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for transportation and infrastructure projects.
Role Highlights
- Support proposal development, including methodologies, schedules, staffing, and cost inputs.
- Coordinate CVs, project references, and technical documentation in line with RFPs.
- Liaise with design, contracts, and commercial teams to ensure compliant and competitive submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- +7 years experience in engineering consultancy, with exposure to transportation Proposals.
- Strong technical writing, coordination, and bid management skills.
- English fluency.
