1 Ideation: Develop creative content ideas, prepare a content calendar, and produce compelling posts.
2 Planning: consolidate posts into a content calendar for review and approval

4 Scriptwriting: Ability to write scripts or outlines for videos.
5 Videography: Understanding camera settings, framing, lighting, and shooting techniques.
6 Video Editing: Proficiency with software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
7 Commissioning: Brief and direct other influencers, content creators, partners, suppliers, product application specialist to film content (which the SMCC then edits)
8 Personalisation / Adaption: content will be created specifically for Facebook. It will then require adaption to fit Instagram best practices
9 Curation: identifying suitable quality UGC that aligns with brand goals and reposting or building into brand posts
10 Community Management (Earned Channels): Responding to organic interactions from earned fan posts and mentions
11 Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the nuances of Facebook and Instagram
12 Trends Awareness: Keeping up with current trends and viral content in the social media space.
13 Stakeholder Communication: Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients if applicable.
14 Market Alignment (Content): Present content calendars to relevant stakeholders and implement change requests
15 Scheduling: Use social media management tools (Sprinklr) to schedule and post content across Facebook and Instagram platforms.
16 TEBG Integration: Work closely with the existing OLIVER team to ensure content is on-brand and effective in its purpose
17 Legal and Ethical Compliance: Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions and releases.
What you will need to be great for the SMCC role :
1 3+ years of Social Media / Content Creator experience.
2 Social Media Expert knows how to build online communities, engage with customers.
3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4 Need to know how to create simple social videos, static content for our client.
5 Good Experience in managing KOCs, KOLs and influencers.
6 Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
7 An editorial background and creative skills such as Photoshop would be an advantage.
8 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
9 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10 Car enthusiast would be extremely beneficial
11 As beneficial would be someone who is willing and comfortable being in-front of camera
