Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Execution
- Produce high-quality, platform-native content including reels, short-form videos, static posts, stories, carousels, and motion graphics.
- Develop compelling content narratives aligned with brand voice, clinical accuracy, and patient-first positioning.
- Collaborate with medical teams, designers, and strategists to translate complex healthcare information into simple, engaging content formats.
- Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity across all digital touchpoints.
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Conceptualize innovative content formats that drive engagement, trust, and brand affinity.
- Conduct benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitive audits to inform content direction.
- Participate in content planning for monthly calendars, campaigns, and product/service launches.
- Proactively identify storytelling opportunities around patient journeys, doctor expertise, technology, and hospital milestones.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day publishing on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Optimise content for reach, IGSEO, discoverability, and retention metrics.
- Monitor performance insights to refine content strategy and ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain structured asset libraries and content pipelines to ensure seamless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with doctors, marketing teams, videographers, and designers to execute integrated campaigns.
- Support on-ground shoots, patient success story documentation, and doctor interview recordings.
- Ensure content meets compliance requirements related to healthcare communication guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines.
- 13 years of hands-on experience in content creation; healthcare or agency background preferred.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and creative best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to craft engaging stories from complex information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
