About the Role
We are looking for a story-driven, high-creativity Social Media Content Creator who lives on the internet, understands trends in seconds, and can convert ideas into high-quality content — fast.
Your content will power the brand presence of our founder, our investing community, and our upcoming AI Wealth OS.
This role is for someone who is part-strategist, part-creator, and part-editor — someone who can think like a founder and create like a creator.
Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create daily short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok style).
- Write high-retention scripts for finance + wealth + business content.
- Create carousels, quote cards, memes, tweet-style posts, and powerful storytelling posts.
- Convert long-form content (podcasts, talks, notes) into short-form content.
- Study founder's style and replicate tone, humor, voice, narrative, and sharpness.
- Turn founder thoughts, tweets, and voice notes into polished content.
Social Media Operations
Manage posting calendar across:
- Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, WhatsApp Channels.
- Track content performance iterate based on what works.
- Stay updated on trends, hooks, formats, transitions, and apply instantly.
- Research finance/investing trends and convert them into content ideas.
- Understand basics of markets, compounding, wealth, startups, enough to not make mistakes.
- Identify viral trends and adapt them for finance.
Skillset Needed
Must-Have
- Strong storytelling + scriptwriting
- Good taste in content (can identify what will go viral)
- Speed + agility, can produce 1–2 pieces per day
- Deep familiarity with social-first formats
- Ability to think like a creator, not an employee
Good-to-Have
- Finance + market literacy, commerce Bcom grads preferred
- Experience working with founders / influencers
- Understanding of analytics and growth
- Ability to ghostwrite posts in founder's voice
- Experience with CapCut templates, trending edits, transitions

- Daily content output across platforms
- Consistently high engagement (saves, shares, watch time)
- Community grows across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram
- Content library becomes a strategic asset for our business
Compensation
