Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Field Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, promoting DORIN's products, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This includes conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, providing product education, and preparing sales reports. The representative will also ensure customer satisfaction and explore new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
  • Strong Negotiation and Persuasion abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Prior experience in the FMCG or home cleaning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
