Social Media & Content Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage StaffAgent.AI's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit).
• Draft short-form posts, design visuals using Canva, and upload videos (Reels, Shorts).
• Convert product news, testimonials, and founder inputs into high-quality content.
• Monitor comments and DMs, especially on LinkedIn and Reddit, and engage as needed.
• Use tools to schedule content and maintain platform consistency.
• Track engagement metrics (reach, views, likes, shares) and share monthly summaries.
• Collaborate with the U.S. team during overlapping working hours.
