Position Title: Social Media & Community Manager

Location: India Office

Department: Marketing

Role Overview

The Social Media & Influencer Manager will own and execute our social media, and influencer strategy across leadership and corporate channels. This role is responsible for building brand authority, growing engaged communities, managing executive social presence, and developing influencer and thought-leader partnerships that amplify our voice. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning, strong storytelling, and hands-on execution with deep knowledge of B2B social and influencer ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

Own and manage executive/leadership LinkedIn accounts and corporate social channels, ensuring consistent, high-quality content aligned with brand voice and business goals.

Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content calendars for corporate and leadership accounts.

Write, edit, and publish social content including thought leadership, campaign promotion, and community-driven posts.

Monitor social channels daily, track social and influencer performance metrics and provide insights to optimize reach, engagement, and growth.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to inform strategy and content opportunities.

Oversee the intern's activities, including audience engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate manner, and supporting content calendar execution.

Influencer & Thought Leadership Management

Research, identify, and evaluate influencers, thought leaders, and industry partners aligned with brand values and target audiences.

Develop and manage influencer engagement strategies, including outreach, relationship building, and collaboration planning.

Coordinate influencer content, track performance, and report on impact and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of experience in social media, and influencer marketing (B2B preferred).

Strong written communication skills with a professional, credible, and engaging tone.

Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other relevant platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, emerging B2B channels).

Experience with influencer outreach, relationship management, and performance tracking.

Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (HubSpot).

Strong understanding of engagement metrics, analytics, and optimization strategies.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
