Job Summary:
CITTA is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to build a strong digital presence across platforms. The role focuses on content strategy, execution, community engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for high-quality posts and reels.
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform best practices.
Content Publishing & Management
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and campaigns consistently as per monthly targets.
- Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging are followed.
- Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations (if required).
Community Management
- Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions promptly.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to relevant teams.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and saves.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategy based on insights.
- Share regular performance reports with the team.
Campaigns & Launches
- Support product launches, offers, and campaigns through social media.
- Assist in planning contests, giveaways, and brand activations.
Influencer Management & Marketing:
- Identify and manage influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns with clear goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate briefs, approvals, timelines, and posting schedules.
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage barter and paid collaborations with transparency and brand consistency.
- Build long-term relationships with creators and partners.
- Review campaign performance and share insights for optimization.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with D2C or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram-first content strategies and short-form video formats.
- Solid copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone to brand voice.
- Working knowledge of social media tools, insights, and performance analytics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and consistency.
Compensation: CTC: 5 8.5 LPA (aligned with experience, skill set, and role responsibilities)
