Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content including posts, reels, and stories.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication.
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Monitor and adapt to emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and algorithm changes.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach.
Community Engagement & ORM
- Handle online reputation management (ORM) by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Foster meaningful interactions with the online community to build brand loyalty.
Influencer & Competitor Analysis
- Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify innovative growth opportunities.
