We are looking for a Social Media Associate who will help manage and execute social media for multiple brands and internal pages.
This role is ideal for someone who understands basic content creation, social media trends, and platform usage, and wants to build a career in digital marketing.
You will work closely with the team to plan, create, and post content consistently across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
- Assist in creating and maintaining monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensure content goes live on time as per plan
- Support content ideas based on ongoing campaigns and brand needs
Content Coordination
- Work with designers, editors, and writers to get content ready
- Ensure posts (reels, carousels, stories, etc.) are aligned with brand tone
- Check content quality before posting
- Coordinate changes and feedback with the team
Account Support
- Support in handling day-to-day social media activities for brands
- Assist in posting updates like campaigns, launches, hiring posts, and announcements
- Help ensure smooth coordination between internal teams
Engagement & Community Support
- Monitor comments and DMs
- Draft simple replies as per brand tone
- Identify basic trends or viral content ideas
Performance Tracking
- Track basic metrics like likes, reach, comments, and followers
- Help prepare simple weekly reports
- Support the team in improving content based on performance
Trend Awareness
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, and memes
- Share new content ideas regularly
- Observe what works for competitors and creators
Who You Are
- 01 year of experience or strong interest in social media
- Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
