MathCo is a global AI and analytics company empowering enterprises to build and scale end-to-end data-driven solutions. We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Associate who can play a key role in amplifying our brand presence across platforms.

Role Overview

The Social Media Associate will assist in executing MathCo's social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and more. The ideal candidate is comfortable both in front of the camera (for reels, event snippets, and interviews) and behind it (capturing photos, videos, or recording events). You'll help ensure MathCo's voice is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to coordinate campaigns and announcements.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments at company events, leadership sessions, and community initiatives through photos and short videos.
  • Represent MathCo's brand personality through authentic on-camera content such as culture clips, campaign videos, or event introductions.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, track performance, and prepare regular analytics reports.
  • Identify relevant trends, hashtags, and create organic content.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and community queries promptly.
  • Stay updated with evolving social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 year of professional experience managing corporate or brand social media accounts.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, and native social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills written, visual, and verbal.
  • Basic experience with content creation (video, photo, or reels) using mobile or a DSLR.
  • Analytical mindset with a grasp on performance metrics and optimization.
  • Comfort being both on-camera and behind the camera this role involves content participation and creation.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand engagement, and digital trends.
