Job Title: Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of our digital presence. This role focuses on strategic planning, content direction, and ensuring consistent brand growth, while also having a basic understanding of campaign performance and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Develop and lead social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive brand growth across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Translate business objectives into impactful campaigns and content plans
Meta Ads & Campaign Understanding
- Execute and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a basic understanding of targeting and budgets
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform basic data analysis using platform insights and analytics tools
- Track key metrics like engagement, reach, profile visits, and conversions
- Share simple, actionable reports to improve content and campaign effectiveness
Profile Optimization & Growth
- Optimize social media profiles to improve profile visits, engagement, and conversions
- Enhance bio, highlights, CTAs, and content structure for better discoverability
- Support organic growth through trends and platform understanding
Content & Campaign Leadership
- Lead content planning with a focus on reels, videos, and trend-based content
- Collaborate with designers and creators to execute campaigns
- Ensure strong brand consistency and visual aesthetics
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns
- Support and guide team members or agencies where required
Community & Brand Building
- Oversee engagement and ensure timely, professional responses
- Build and maintain an active and loyal audience
Who You Are:
- 6–8 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics (basic level)
- A creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Good understanding of content trends and platform algorithms
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Experience in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus
