Job Title: Snowflake Architect

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud data solutions. This role involves owning the Snowflake architecture, optimizing performance, guiding data migration, and ensuring secure, efficient data workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust Snowflake data architectures.
- Optimize performance, security, and cost-efficiency of Snowflake workloads.
- Lead data modeling, ETL/ELT strategy, and integration with tools like dbt, Matillion, or Airflow.
- Support cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP) and legacy system migrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and BI teams; establish standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years in data engineering/architecture, 3+ years with Snowflake.
- Strong SQL, cloud platform, and data warehousing experience.
- Hands-on with ETL tools, scripting (Python/Shell), and version control (Git).
- Solid grasp of Snowflake security, RBAC, and performance tuning.
Preferred
- Snowflake certification
- Cloud data migration experience
- Familiarity with CI/CD, data governance, and compliance
