Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Architect with a strong background in AI and Machine Learning to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions using Snowflake, along with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring data integrity and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data architectures using Snowflake.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
- Integrate AI and ML capabilities into data solutions to enhance analytics and reporting.
- Ensure data governance and security best practices are followed.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data architecture, Snowflake, and AI/ML.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Snowflake environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience as a Snowflake Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture, data warehousing concepts, and SQL.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Snowflake.
- Relevant certifications in Snowflake or cloud technologies are a plus.
