SME for Reinsurance Claims role - Gurgaon / Noida

Job Location - Gurgaon/ Noida

Job Responsibilities-

• Should be an expert on Reinsurance various lines of Business which may include- Property and casualty, Aviation Engineering, Construction .,

• Assist clients on further decisions regarding Claims settlement/Closure or reserves

• Review detailed claims documents received from Broker/TPA and update claim system

• Facilitate payments/bookings, setting up claims and closure

• Chasing TPA's for update or payments and highlight any dormant claims

• Ensure Quick response to any queries from Broker, Cedant or TPA

• Responsible for the complete claim life cycle from Setting up a new claim to its closure/settlement

• Should be able to process Indemnity/Loss, Medical and expense payments

• Meet set SLA/Targets

• Ensure Claims are processed right first time and process documents are managed and updated real time

• Coordinating with the client on process related issue and updates

• Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager, and conducting appraisal

• Recommend new ideas for process improvement

• Participate in calls with the client
