SME - Digital Network Tools

Role Responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor network installation plans as per the Network Administrator's specifications.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network equipment, including firewalls and routers.
3. Deploy and monitor NMS tools, configuring network parameters and generating reports.
4. Provide product training and assist in problem resolution for network management applications.

Job Requirements:

1. B.E/B.Tech or MCA in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
2. Hands-on experience in deploying and configuring network management software.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting complex networks.
4. Ability to manage time effectively and document issues and solutions accurately.
