This role is for one of our clients

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Leader to drive mid-market growth through strong pipeline ownership, disciplined sales execution, and team leadership. This role is responsible for building a predictable and scalable SaaS sales engine by owning demand generation, qualification standards, deal execution, and forecasting. You will lead a team focused on mid-market accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline coverage, high-quality deal flow, and efficient conversion from prospecting to closure.

Operating in a fast-paced B2B environment, you will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and account management teams to align strategy, improve deal velocity, and deliver revenue outcomes. The role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to build a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the mid-market pipeline, ensuring consistent demand generation and pipeline coverage
  • Define outbound strategies and channel mix for self-generated pipeline and hold the team accountable
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with target accounts and ensure high-quality lead intake
  • Establish and enforce qualification frameworks including BANT, win probability scoring, and deal validation
  • Ensure strong sales discipline across pitching, demos, and proposal processes
  • Manage pricing frameworks, approval workflows, and commercial decision-making
  • Drive deal velocity by proactively identifying and resolving stalled opportunities
  • Oversee smooth deal closures and ensure seamless handover to account management teams
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews with a data-driven and action-oriented approach
  • Build team capabilities in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and upselling
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong experience in SaaS sales with a focus on B2B or mid-market segments
  • Proven track record of managing pipeline, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, qualification frameworks, and deal management
  • Experience leading and coaching sales teams in high-performance environments
  • Ability to drive accountability, provide direct feedback, and manage performance effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and negotiation strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret pipeline data and forecast accurately
  • Familiarity with SMB sales is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
