Role Overview:
Axestrack is looking for a powerhouse Director of Sales to spearhead new logo acquisitions across the West Zone. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for a seasoned hunter who thrives on closing high-value SaaS deals. You won't just manage a pipeline; you will own the entire sales lifecycle for the Manufacturing, FMCG, and Petrochemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Aggressive New Logo Acquisition: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, specifically targeting Opex-driven growth and high-value hunting opportunities.
Sector Expertise: Leverage deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, FMCG, and Petrochemical industries to position Axestrack's SaaS solutions as mission critical infrastructure.
Regional Dominance: Utilize an extensive existing network and hardcore market knowledge of Mumbai, Pune, Vadodara, and Aurangabad to fast-track meetings with C-suite stakeholders.
Strategic IC Ownership: Function as a high-level Individual Contributor, taking personal accountability for a multi-crore annual revenue target without relying on a large subordinate team for lead closures.
Solution Selling: Consult with technical and operations heads to displace legacy systems with Axestrack's advanced software ecosystem, focusing on ROI and operational efficiency.
Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain a robust 3x to 4x pipeline through a mix of cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry forums.
Complex Negotiation: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, ensuring profitable margins while navigating the pricing sensitivities of the Indian market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Solutioning and Onboarding teams to ensure that sold promises are deliverable, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction from day one.
Market Intelligence: Provide real-time feedback on competitor pricing (H1/H2/L1 dynamics) and product gaps to the leadership team to help refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Axestrack at key industry events and sponsorships (CPL, CPOL, etc.) across the West Zone to establish the company as the preferred digital transformation partner.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; MBA from a reputed B-School, with strong technical aptitude to understand complex tech solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You are a sales veteran who still loves the thrill of the chase. You don't want to sit behind a desk looking at dashboards; you want to be in front of customers, solving problems and closing 10 Cr+ logos. You are tech-savvy, understand SaaS unit economics, and have a reputation in the West India industrial belts as a trusted advisor.
