Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Sitecore Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging digital experiences and web solutions. This role is crucial for working with relevant technologies, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing significantly to business objectives through expert analysis, development, implementation, and troubleshooting within the Sitecore domain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement complex web applications and features using the Sitecore Experience Platform (CMS, Marketing Automation, Personalization).
- Module Customization: Customize and extend Sitecore functionalities, including custom pipelines, events, workflows, and integrations, to meet specific business requirements.
- Front-End Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user interface designs with Sitecore rendering components and data sources.
- Database Interaction: Work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) as they interact with Sitecore, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Perform in-depth troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for Sitecore applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code adhering to Sitecore best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Sitecore and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation platforms, external APIs).
- Performance Optimization: Contribute to optimizing the performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, quality assurance teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Sitecore Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS development, including knowledge of Sitecore architecture, Helix principles (or similar modular design), and experience with various Sitecore modules.
- .NET/C# Proficiency: Proficient in C# and the .NET Framework (or .NET Core) for web application development.
- Web Technologies: Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Database Skills: Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, particularly with SQL Server.
- API Development: Experience with developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Development Tools: Proficient with Visual Studio, Git, and potentially CI/CD tools.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline. Sitecore Developer certifications are a significant plus.
