Site Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensure the execution of architectural and interior design plans, and coordinate with contractors and labor teams. Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing project schedules, and addressing any on-site challenges to maintain timely and efficient project completion.

• Experience in construction site supervision, site inspections, and project management
• Understanding of architectural plans, interior designs, and construction methods
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges effectively
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
• Proficiency in construction-related software is a plus
• Relevant experience in architectural and interior site management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
