Site Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Site Supervisor at Modish Nest. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to design plans and safety regulations, and addressing any issues that may arise during the project execution phase.

• Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction operations
• Knowledge of interior design plans, building codes, and safety standards
• Ability to manage teams, timelines, and budgets effectively
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work
• Relevant professional experience in the interior design or construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
