Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute residential construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee RCC building works, including high-rise structures and finishing works
- Prepare and interpret bar bending schedules and shuttering plans
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion
- Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications
Required Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and site execution
- Ability to handle contracts, subcontractors, and coordination with consultants
