Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute residential construction projects from start to finish
Oversee RCC building works, including high-rise structures and finishing works
Prepare and interpret bar bending schedules and shuttering plans
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion
Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with design specifications

Required Qualifications:

BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
13 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience
Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and site execution
Ability to handle contracts, subcontractors, and coordination with consultants
